On 11 November, the 7th Scientific Advisory Board Meeting took place for the first time in the new complex of the Medical University of Graz (ZMF II). SAB members Prof Wolfgang Kübler (Charité Berlin), Prof Jose Lopez-Barneo (University of Seville), Prof Steve Abman (University of Colorado) and Prof Nicholas Morrell (University of Cambridge) visited the Institute for the annual scientific assessment.

It was a great pleasure to present our scientific progress to the members and we thank them for the stimulating discussions.

We were also very pleased to welcome Board members Dr Heidrun Dorsch (Bayer AG), Dr Peter Mayrhofer (Ludwig Boltzmann Gesellschaft) and Caroline Schober-Trummler (Medical University of Graz).

We would like to thank everyone for their participation and are already looking forward to the next meeting next year.
